Life can feel overwhelming with all the roles women carry: mother, partner, professional, caretaker, friend (and the quiet expectations that come with each one). If you’re holding anxiety, sadness, relationship tension, or a lingering sense of being stuck, I want you to know this: you don’t have to carry it alone. You truly deserve support.
And the fact that you’re here says so much. It means a part of you is ready for healing, clarity, and a softer way of moving through life.
At Faith and Works Therapy, I've created a warm, compassionate space where you can feel fully seen and deeply understood, without judgment or pressure. Whether in-person or virtual, this is your space to exhale, reconnect, and talk openly about what’s been weighing on your heart.
Together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and care, and use evidence-based tools to help you move forward with more confidence, clarity, and peace.
Healing is possible. And you are absolutely worthy of it.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will walk gently beside you on this journey, I’d love to connect.
Reach out whenever you’re ready, I am here for you.

My one-on-one therapy sessions are thoughtfully tailored to support the unique emotional, psychological, and life experiences of women. In office or virtually, we’ll work together to help you move toward the life you want to create.
Some of the most common goals women bring to therapy include:
Anxiety and Depression a prevalent mental health challenges affecting women today, often intensified by life transitions, hormonal shifts, social expectations, trauma, or the pressure to balance multiple roles. We will explore the root causes of your anxiety and/or depression and learn effective coping strategies to improve your mood and overall well-being. Our treatment services are designed to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored specifically to the unique experiences and needs of women.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the honor of supporting individuals/families through life’s most meaningful and challenging moments, eg. birth to end-of-life care. My goal is to offer a warm, supportive space where you can show up just as you are, feeling both safe in your vulnerability and empowered in your growth.
